Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Valinda Color Run 2026 website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Purpose
This platform is operated by the Valinda School of Academics Parent Boosters for the sole purpose of facilitating fundraising donations for the Valinda Color Run 2026 event.
Donations
All donations are final and non-refundable. There is no minimum donation amount (Stripe requires at least $1.00). Students must raise at least $15.00 in total donations to participate in the Color Run event. Stripe processing fees are added to each donation and paid by the donor. Donations are one-time charges; no recurring or subscription billing will occur.
Donor Conduct
Donors may leave optional messages on student pages. All messages are subject to review and approval by event administrators. We reserve the right to remove any message deemed inappropriate.
Student Pages
Student fundraising pages display limited information (first name, last initial, grade, teacher) in compliance with COPPA. No student photographs are displayed. Pages become read-only after the event closes and may be taken offline at the administrator’s discretion.
Limitation of Liability
The Valinda School of Academics Parent Boosters provides this platform as-is. We are not responsible for technical issues, payment processing errors handled by Stripe, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
